With nearly 30 years of mortgage lending experience, Sandy Vick is passionate about helping homebuyers feel confident throughout the mortgage process. She specializes in purchase and refinance loans, with a particular focus on first-time homebuyers and veterans. 


Sandy believes homeownership becomes achievable when borrowers have the right guidance, resources, and a plan. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their goals and help them navigate their options from application through closing. 


Based in Bloomington, Illinois, Sandy serves borrowers throughout McLean County and surrounding areas and is licensed to lend in all 50 states. She has expertise with Mortgage Credit Certificates (MCCs) for eligible first-time buyers and veterans, as well as Federal Home Loan Bank Down Payment Plus grants, which may be available to qualified buyers who are not first-time homebuyers.
